I can’t sign in

• The email didn’t arrive. Check spam and Promotions. School email systems sometimes hold outside mail for a few minutes. You can ask for a new code after 60 seconds.
• The link says it’s expired or invalid. Some school email systems open links to scan them, which uses them up. Type the 6-digit code from the same email instead: scanners can’t use it. If the code doesn’t work either, ask for a new one.
• Forgot your password? Sign in with a code, then change it in Account.
• Still stuck? Email us from the address you’re trying to sign in with.

Billing

• Cancel: Account → Manage billing → Cancel. You keep your plan until the end of the month you paid for.
• I paid but my plan or library programs didn’t appear: wait a minute and refresh. If they’re still missing, email us (subject “Payment not showing”) with the date and the last 4 digits of your card. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank; we can fix it faster.
• Refunds: if you ask within 7 days of your first subscription charge, we’ll refund that charge. Library packs aren’t refundable once a program from the pack has been opened. Email us with “Refund” in the subject.

A program is wrong: report a problem

Tell us the program’s name, your calculator, what you asked for and what went wrong: report a problem. We fix library programs, and reports on written programs help us improve the writer. Until a fix lands, run the program on the E-Calc and check its answers against what you know.

Your data

To download your data or delete your account yourself: Account → Your data. Deleting cancels any plan first, then deletes the account. Or email us with the subject “Privacy request” (also to correct your data): we’ll confirm it’s you by replying to your account’s email, then finish within 30 days. The privacy notice explains what we collect.

Using E-Code in class and on exams

E-Code is for learning and checking your work. Follow your teacher’s and each exam’s calculator rules. The ACT doesn’t allow any TI-89 model or calculators with computer-algebra programs, and Press-to-Test turns programs off. See the terms of use.

To report something you think infringes your copyright, email us with the subject “Copyright”. The terms say what to include.

Accessibility

If something in E-Code is hard to use with a screen reader, a keyboard or other assistive technology, tell us. We treat these reports as bugs.

A complaint

If we didn’t get it right, reply to our last email with “Complaint” in the subject and we’ll look at it again.
