This notice covers the E-Code waitlist only: what we keep when you join, why, and for how long. If you have an E-Code account, the privacy notice for accounts covers your account. Questions: [email protected].

All of it is kept in one database in E-Code's Cloudflare account, used only for the waitlist. We don't keep your IP address, browser or device details with your entry, and the waitlist page sets no cookies and carries no ad trackers.
Only to tell you about E-Code opening: an email when we open, a few emails about the launch, and one text if you asked for it. We don't sell or rent your information, we don't share it for advertising, and we don't use it to train AI.
| Company | What they do | What they get |
|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Hosts the site and the waitlist database | Everything in the first table |
| Our email provider (Resend) | Sends the launch emails | Your name and email address, when we send |
| Our text-message provider | Sends the launch text, only if you asked for one | Your phone number and the text, when we send |
No one else gets it, unless the law requires us to share it.
Until E-Code is open to everyone and the launch emails and texts have gone out. We delete the waitlist within 60 days after that. If you make an E-Code account, the privacy notice for accounts covers your account from then on.
E-Code is for people 18 and older. If we learn that someone under 18 joined, we delete their entry.
The waitlist doesn't track you across other sites, so there is nothing for these signals to turn off.
This notice lists every kind of personal information the waitlist keeps and every kind of company it goes to, as California's Online Privacy Protection Act and Rhode Island's Data Transparency and Privacy Protection Act ask. We don't sell personal information.
If we change what the waitlist keeps or how we use it, we update this page and its date. For a bigger change, we email the list before it applies.
