The programs
- Titration curve: pH for a list of volumes: Weak acid titrated with NaOH: type the acid's Ka, molarity and volume, the base molarity and a LIST of base volumes; get the pH at every volume (exact charge balance, solved by your own Define'd function) and the equivalence volume.
- Ideal gas PV=nRT: leave one blank: Type three of pressure, volume (L), moles and temperature and leave the unknown BLANK; drop-downs pick atm, kPa or mmHg and kelvin or Celsius, and R is chosen to match (0.08206, 8.314 or 62.36).
- Limiting reagent for any number of reactants: Type the reactants' coefficients, molar masses and grams as lists (two, three or more reactants): the limiting one, the theoretical yield of a product, and the grams of every reactant left over.
- Molar mass from a chemical formula: Type a formula as text — C6H12O6, NaCl, Ca(OH)2 — and the program reads the element symbols, counts and one level of parentheses from the string and adds up the molar mass (28 common elements, IUPAC values).
