The programs
- Projectile from a height (dialog, m or ft): A dialog takes launch speed, angle in degrees and launch height, and a drop-down picks meters or feet (g = 9.80665 or 32.174); shows the time of flight, range, peak height and impact speed.
- Kinematics: leave the two unknowns blank: The five constant-acceleration quantities in one dialog — type the three you know and leave the other two BLANK; the right SUVAT equation is chosen for you, answers stay exact when they can, and when a square root gives two answers with t ≥ 0 (a ball passing a height going up and coming down) it shows BOTH.
- Rocket launch, step by step: Exhaust speed, liftoff and burnout mass and burn time, flying straight up with constant g and no drag.
- Earth → Mars mission planner, step by step: Plans a trip to Mars in the textbook model (circular coplanar orbits, the Sun only, patched conics, impulsive burns) from the payload, engine Isp and the two parking orbits.
